Quality targets:
1) Keep the management under ISO9001and QS9000 standards and improve quality system continuously
2) Interior defection less than 1.0%
3) Deliveried goods defection less than 30 PPM
4) 100% implementing contracts
5) 100% customers' satisfaction
6) Make and keep the new projects developing schedule consisting with customer's demand
7) Carry out cost down plan, to ensure the cost be controlled under target range |
